It is late at night and together with our friends Blake and Rebecca, we're about to sort our food for our big ten-day trek in Torres del Paine, which is famous both for its towers of granite and for having four seasons in a day, every day. Yes we're bringing rain gear, even though we're told it's functionally useless.
